Paris, My Heart

I have been photographing Paris for years: its streets, storefronts, signs, words written above doorways and all those small traces we sometimes stop noticing simply because they have always been there.

I don't necessarily look for the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame or the grand postcard views. They are there, of course, and they are beautiful. But what catches my eye is often just beside them: an old typeface, a shop name, three letters still clinging to a façade, a color, a half-faded inscription.

That is the Paris I collect.

So inevitably, among all my photographs, one day PARIS met CŒUR.

Heart.

I brought them together.

I didn't try to separate them.

A Different Kind of Paris Souvenir

Paris Cœur became a keychain, a small fragment of the city to carry with you. Not monumental Paris, but Paris seen at street level, explored on foot and made of details, encounters and memories.

The words were photographed in Paris, the composition was designed in Paris, and the keychain itself is made in Paris. From the first photograph to the finished object, everything remains connected to the city.

It can accompany your house keys or travel keys, and can also be attached to a bag or pouch. Small, useful and part of everyday life, it becomes a discreet way of saying that Paris means something to you.
