Paris, perhaps. 

PARADIS ROYAL.Royal Paradise. The two words originally lived separately in my photographs, each with its own story, façade, typeface and little fragment of the city. Then I placed them side by side. Suddenly, a destination appeared.

That is often how I work. I walk through Paris with my camera and collect details: old storefronts, signs, inscriptions, painted lettering and all kinds of words living on the city's walls. I don't necessarily take a photograph with a precise idea in mind. I also like letting images wait.

Little by little, they form my photographic alphabet. Then the game begins. Words leave their original places and start saying something different. PARADIS met ROYAL. I could hardly stop them from leaving together.

A Little Journey on Your Keys

The Paradis Royal keychain accompanies a set of keys, can also be attached to a bag or pouch, and gives a very ordinary everyday object a small imaginary destination.

The words come from Paris. The design is created in Paris. And the keychain itself is made in Paris. So its journey during production is a very short one, although it may travel much farther afterwards.

It makes a little gift for dreamers, optimists, travelers, Paris lovers and anyone fond of destinations that don't appear on maps.

I should warn you, however: this keychain cannot guarantee admission to paradise. Royal or otherwise.

It includes no chauffeur, crown or personal cloud.

It simply carries your keys.

And when you're setting off on a journey, that's actually quite useful.
